What makes your products unique?

We hand-select products from trusted local artisans located in Bali. All of our products are handmade and have distinguishing characteristics as they are not mass produced. Slight flaws may appear, but that makes your item all the more special.

Are all of your products really made in Bali?

Yes! Every item that we source comes directly from Bali.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment, we only service the United States.

Where is your pick-up location located?

We are located in North Scottsdale. A confirmation email will be sent with our exact location when your order is ready for pick-up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Will you get more inventory of items that are sold out?

We are still planning our spring order, please submit a special request or join the waitlist for out of stock items.

Do you offer wholesale?

What is your return policy?

We offer returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Some restrictions apply and are noted in the product details. Initiate a return HERE.

All lighting is final sale as we cannot guarantee that products will be packaged appropriately at the time of return. We have limited units available, and are unable to offer returns due to the fragile nature of these goods.

How do I keep my purchases in good condition?

Follow the care guidelines outlined on the product page. We recommend wiping products with a wet cloth and using only water in most cases. Soap can cause teak wood to dry out. If soap is necessary, we recommend allowing your product to air dry before following up with a mineral or coconut oil glaze.
